Air Distribution
Air distribution system is designed to deliver an uninterrupted supply of compressed air right where you need it. Nexgen air distribution piping network transports the compressed air from the source to the pointof-use in optimal conditions: with minimum pressure drop, maximum flow and the highest quality of air. The aluminium layer allows pipe to withstand high working pressure and prevent oxygen and gases from permeating into pipe. They are easy to bend, which makes the use of numerous fittings unnecessary. Pipes and fittings can be joined together using either compression technique or Crimp technique which have various benefits such as Fast and easy installation no need to weld, glue, fuse or thread.
- Resistance to corrosion: This means you don’t have to worry about rust falling off your pipes and dropping into your airflow. This, in turn, reduces the risk of obstructions.
- Resistance to Mineral and Synthetic Compressor Oils: They do not degrade when exposed to compressor lubricants.
- Smooth inner surface: The interior of a plastic pipe never deteriorates, which encourages laminar flow.
- Lightweight: Plastic piping is lightweight, making it simple to transport and fit.
- Easy to cut: Cutting plastic pipes is easy and only requires basic tools.
- Easy to connect: Composite pipes are easy to bend thereby reducing Fitting cost and making quick connections than connecting metal pipes, which must be welded together.
- Minimum pressure loss: Due to easy bending of Nexgen pipes miniumum number of fittings are required which reduces the risk of pressure drop at connections.
- Maximum working Presssure: 232 Psi at 23°C
175 Psi at 60°C
