CRIMP FITTING
Nexgen introduces its whole new range of crimp or press Fitting to simplify the installation operations by significantly reducing the time required for assembly. It is an innovative Fitting which is designed to be assembled with Crosslinked polyethene pipes to ensure no leakage in the piping system. Nexgen crimp fitting system helps reducing overall job cost, saves time and increase reliability at job site. The Crimp Tool can be purchased in kits that can handle 3/8″ to 1.5″.

High Quality sealing material
The Material for crimp fitting O-ring is EDPM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), which has excellent speciality of anti-aging, well- rebound and long-lasting lifetime performance. It ensures no leaking in the Piping system for a long-term use.
Secure Connecting Way
The safe and stable connecting lies on the Permanent Compression plastic deformation of the StainlessSteel Sleeve by using the special pressing tool to complete the connection correctly.
Installation Process For Press Fitting
Cut off Nexgen MLC pipe vertically with pipe Cutter.
Round and bevel the end holes and make inclines of at least 2mm.
Make sure the stainless steel sleeve is seated in the plastic base of the fitting.
Open the pressing tool and position th tool right into the sleeve.
