Jointing Procedure For Compression Fitting
Cut off Nexgen MLC pipe vertically with pipe Cutter.
Round and bevel the end holes and make inclines of at least 2mm.
Choose the ring size of fitting. Put the nut over the pipe and side the compression ring over the pipe.
Push the inserts into the pipe up to the shoulder. Take care not to damage the O-ring
Use a spanner to tighten to tighten it up completely
Jointing Procedure For Press Fitting
Cut off Nexgen MLC pipe vertically with pipe Cutter.
Round and bevel the end holes and make inclines of at least 2mm.
Make sure the stainless steel sleeve is seated in the plastic base of the fitting, with the viewing port against the plastic base. Then insert pipe into the sleeve of the fitting until the pipe visibly fills the view port.
Open the pressing tool and position th tool right into the sleeve. Close the handles until the two touch points on the handles touch each other.
