Installation Process For Press Fitting
Cut off Nexgen MLC pipe vertically with pipe Cutter.
Round and bevel the end holes and make inclines of at least 2mm.
Make sure the stainless steel sleeve is seated in the plastic base of the fitting, with the viewing port against the plastic base. Then insert pipe into the sleeve of the fitting until the pipe visibly fills the view port.
Open the pressing tool and position th tool right into the sleeve. Close the handles until the two touch points on the handles touch each other.
While the jaw is completely closed, the handles will be self- located. Opening the handles and remove the pressing tool from the fitting and installion is accomplished.
