With an experience spanning over ten years and a network of dealers and distributors all over India, Nexgen Composite Industries entered into manufacturing with a unit at baddi(HP) for Nexgen Pe-Al-Pe Composite Pipes, MDPE and Pex Pipe and fitting with an installed capacity of 4 lacs meters per month.
Made of an aluminium core tube bonded by adhesive to the interior and exterior tube layers of polyethylene Nexgen Pe-Al-Pe Composite pipes are manufactured with latest German technology in modern and state of the art facilities. An apt choice for new generation environment friendly piping system of world class quality Nexgen pipes comes with ISI (IS:15450) mark and ISO 2001:2008 Certified Company. Gradually replacing the traditional piping system such as G I,M S, copper and PVC. Nexgen composite pipes are great substitute for cold and hot water systems in the housing and construction sector as well as gas and fuel oil lines.
Supported by 50 years long working life, 30% higher water flow, temperature range from -40℃ to 95℃ , non reaction to chemicals, rust and scale free inside and (virtually)leakage free Nexgen pipes are easy to handle, install and bend unlike other conventional pipes. Our pipes have made its presence felt with a mark in plumbing systems worldwide for group housing societies, residences, hotels, hospitals, DDA, Indian railway and CPWD projects and even domestic gas piping distribution systems.
